I've been in the lettings business for over a decade, and after spotting a gap in the market while working for a local agency in 2014, I decided to open my own shop. I noticed many people struggling to find affordable housing, especially single dwellings. So, I dove in headfirst, building a big portfolio mainly consisting of shared houses. I'm all about helping people succeed, even though some days are tough, the rewarding ones make it all worth it!
At Nickolds, we're more than just a letting agency. We've built strong bonds with our tenants and collaborate with local organisations to ensure everyone has a place to call home and support when they need it.
