Helen joined Nickolds in 2020 and runs our main hub efficiently! Her personality and hard work have really helped us go from strength to strength. She's passionate and has built strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Outside of work, Helen is a mom of three who enjoys working out. She loves spending time at home with her Chihuahuas and socialising.

Kirsty Peacock

Rent Accounts Manager

Kirsty, the director's twin sister, has been with our team since 2017, making her one of our longest-standing members. She works closely with our tenants, managing rent accounts and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, Kirsty enjoys socialising and having fun! As a mom of three, she cherishes spending time with her children and planning exciting adventures. Kirsty's vibrant personality lights up our office.

As a Rental Account Assistant, Samuel specialises in helping people find homes best suited to their needs, guiding them through the process of Universal Credit claims, and ensuring their rents are managed smoothly. It’s about making housing accessible for everyone.

Caroline Taylor

Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Caroline became part of Nickolds in 2020. Her responsibilities involve setting up new tenancies and assisting with claims and changeovers. Caroline's larger than life character character lights up the room, and she adores attending exercise classes and travelling. As a mother of one, her dedication and loyalty are essential to us!
