Contractor Supply Chain Musts
Nickolds Property Management expects the following from all service providers.
- To be registered and share registration details with Nickolds Property Management
- Invoices are to be paid 30 days after the completion of the work.
- You must be courteous to tenants and all parties at all times.
- A purchase order (P/O) is required after any tender period has been approved; it is a MUST prior to moving forward with any works.
- We expect all contractors to have the correct insurance provision.
- Health & safety is a must and needs to be adhered to at all times.
- Any works not to the level of expectation will either be non-payable or fully refundable.
